ZSL’s Prince Philip Zoological Library & Archives contains a unique collection of resources on zoology and animal conservation. Founded in 1826, ZSL Library is one of the major zoological libraries in the world and contains:

More than 200,000 volumes
5,000 journal titles, 1,300 of which are current
Archives of ZSL
Books dating from 16th century to the present, ranging from popular to technical
Modern books on open access in our Reading Room
Special collection relating to information on zoos
The ZSL drawings and prints collection
Image collection

The visit will include a talk and a tour of the library with a chance to ask questions.

If subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible. Cancellations received less than three working days before the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, £25 will be charged.
