The Career Equation® model at the heart of this programme gives you a crystal-clear definition of your uniqueness and helps you turn it into a powerful point of difference. You will leave with real clarity about your personal direction and a concise and specific career plan that you can use as a map to achieve your goals and take action to turn those aspirations into reality. Together we will explore what career fulfilment means to you and create a career plan to help you realise your full potential.

In this half-day workshop we will:

  • Define what success means to you
  • Create your own Career Design Statement
  • Define a meaningful career goal
  • Develop a personalised career plan to take away with you
