The Inner Temple as one of the four ‘Inns of Court’ has a library dating back to the early 16th centure. It provides a wealth of legal information and research resources to barristers, students and members of the judiciary. As well as the legal collections, there are also generous non-law and manuscript collections (including 15h centure illuminated manuscripts from Westminster Hall).

This visit will comprise of a tour of the Library and an opportunity to look at some exhibitions and ‘treasures’, as well as some informal networking (tea and coffee included).  There will also be an opportunity to see key areas of the building estate (surrounding the Library).

Accessibility:  All rooms areas are accessible via lifts and/or ramps, although the standard tour route would include stairs, but can be adapted if required. Please let us know in advance by emailing cpd25@london.ac.uk if this might apply to you.
