Action Learning is an approach for working on real life, practice related problems. As part of a small group (set) of peers, you will be able to address the current challenges you face, be encouraged to find your own solutions to problems through insightful questioning, within a supportive group.

By meeting with peers regularly over a fixed period of time, you will benefit from working on real problems in a confidential and empowering environment, have time to explore and reflect on current challenges, evolve fresh ideas, find your own solutions, develop critical thinking, listening and questioning skills and develop a network of peers to call upon for support.

As an active participant in our Action Learning Set you will work collectively to question and reflect, taking responsibility for making progress/applying insight to identified problems within your workplace.

A typical meeting will last 2 -3 hours and each participant will be committing to attend all meetings. This is aimed at individuals with management responsibilities who have not participated in an Action Learning Set previously.
