Applying UX techniques – a practical using observation and analysing the results, along with sharing UX experiences from other libraries
Donna Lanclos, Consulting Anthropologist, who will lead an exercise on using Ethnographic Observations, followed by discussions from London South Bank University, City, and Westminster about how their library teams have used UX to make service improvements.
Managing Student Behaviour
This 1 day workshop will examine approaches to managing student behaviour supportively and collaboratively, while maintaining an appropriate environment for learning and teaching support. Watch Ash Charlton introducing the workshop here:
