The training will offer a good balance between theory and practical tips and tricks on how to influence people. The best negotiators are subtle, fair and know what to give away and when to make demands. This training will give you a toolkit that can be used in negotiation and you will be introduced to the latest research and best practices in the field. By the end of the day you will have gained the confidence to choose the correct negotiation strategy and style.
