Director’s Cut: What’s the plan?

Planning and resourcing are key activities for Directors and their senior management teams.
Whether developing medium term strategies, bench marking expenditure, or assessing staff resources, Directors use a range of approaches for planning.

Regina Everitt, Director of Library and Learning Services at University of East London, will share her experiences and considerations around planning and resourcing.

Participants will then take on the role of senior managers and advise the Director on the best approach for scenarios such as budget rationalisation, staffing models, and staff skills development.  Participants will be encouraged to challenge one another’s and the Director’s rationale.
