Donna Lanclos, Consulting Anthropologist, Anodyne Anthropology LLC will be leading an exercise on using Ethnographic Observations and will then help attendees brainstorm UX projects.

Three universities, London South Bank, City and Westminster, will then discuss how their library teams have used UX to make service improvements.

10:30-11:15   Ethnographic observations workshop – Donna Lanclos
11:15-11:35    Break
11:35-12:30  Analysis and coding of observations followed by Brainstorming UX projects with Donna Lanclos
12:30-1:20   Lunch
1:20-2.00    UX experience in the library at University of Westminster
2:00-2:40   UX experiences in the library at London South Bank University
2:40-3:10    Break, networking time to discuss UX plans
3:10-3.50    UX experiences in the library at City, University of London
3:50-4.20   Q&A session
4.20-4:30   Closing Comments
