Strategic Plan 2019-2022

The M25 Consortium’s 2019-2022 strategy Connecting Libraries, Developing Staff is available for download.

The first year of the strategy saw two Task and Finish Groups form to focus on Diversity and Wellbeing. These groups are continuing in 2021. Click here to view the M25 Wellbeing Resources and case studies on BAME staff experiences from across member libraries.

Following the Steering Group Planning Day in January 2021, the Steering Group has published an Annual Action Plan for the final year of the strategy. The Annual Action Plan reflects on the Consortium’s achievements in 2020-21, and details the plan for our activities in 2021-22.
