New Business Continuity resources published

The M25 Steering Group recently commissioned a Task & Finish Group, headed by Regina Everitt (Director of Library and Learning Services, University of East London), to review and revise the Consortium’s resources for supporting Business Continuity planning among Members. The group has revised the Consortium’s Mutual Support Agreement and produced thirteen other resources to assist Consortium Members in their planning for this area.

The thirteen new resources include templates, with commentary, for an Incident Control & Recovery Plan; specimen Incident Flowcharts; specimen Incident Management and Recovery forms; an example Disaster Management Plan and an Risk Assessment example, among other resources. These are available, for Consortium Members, to view in the Members’ Area (login is required).

The Consortium’s thanks go to the members of the Task & Finish group who completed this important work: Regina Everitt (UEL),┬áHannah Fogg (Anglian Ruskin University), Geoff Gardner (University of Reading), Maria Vardaki (Royal Holloway), Jennifer Marvin (St. Mary’s University Twickenham) and Nick Ross (University for the Creative Arts).
