Consortial deal for trial access to e-video content at Alexander Street Press

M25 are pleased to announce that a deal has been struck for trial access to e-video content at Alexander Street Press for every member of the Consortium, following negotiations and an exclusive agreement. The trial is built on the evidence-based acquisition business model formulated in the EBASS25 project of last year.

Since the access is completely free of charge for M25 institutions, all our members are encouraged to explore the content available.

Key Facts:

Length of Trial Period:
1st September to 30th November for all members – at no charge. After 30th November there is no obligation to continue access, but of course extensions to this can be arranged. Favourable pricing has been negotiated on the basis of consortial purchase (min 3 members per membership level*). Access can also be extended on an individual basis.
*ASP group the ten Jisc bands into three membership levels: 1-4, 5-7 and 8-10

Training/any questions:

If you would like to arrange a dedicated training session for your staff and colleagues at the participating institutions above, then we will be happy to arrange that with you at a convenient time. We are also looking to plan a Webex session, as well as a Q&A workshop, depending upon interest, so look out for further details of that. We will also prepare a Survey form to gather qualitative feedback, and details of that will be included when ready.

Please send requests and/or any other questions you may have to Thomas Baldwin ( or to Gareth Bish, Sales Manager, UK and Ireland, Alexander Street Press, ( and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
