At the start of September we launched the UniHelp desk – a single student helpdesk which consolidated previous face-to-face enquiry points spread over the campus, including School Student Offices, a Student Services counter and the Library helpdesk. The new desk, which is situated on the ground floor of the Sheppard Library, is open 8:30am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. It covers all general student enquiries with an online booking system for making appointments for specialists. It is complemented by a remote phone and email enquiry service covering the same hours.
