- To review the collaborative activity carried out by the
Consortium by collating and producing an overview of activities of
individual member institutions, including the role of member libraries
in such collaboration.
- To identify strategic areas for collaboration by mapping
the Consortium's business plan to those of its main stategic partners
taking into account the national and regional agendas for higher
education.
- To establish working relationships with appropriate partner organisations in order to progress this collaboration.
- To make recommendations to the Steering Group on new initiatives and projects.
