  • Review current practice in member libraries in support of users with disabilities or special needs
  • Identify good practice at regional and national level and to promote it in member libraries
  • Monitor government and HEFCE policy on behalf of member libraries
  • Identify activities and potential collaboration between member libraries
  • To make recommendations to the M25 Steering Group on policy matters and special initiatives
