The group will review the Staff Room against the project’s original aims. It will also set out proposals for approval by the Steering Group to develop the Staff Room so that it provides an effective and supportive community of practice for staff at M25 institutions.
Key areas of work will include:
- Publicity: to investigate, recommend and implement ways in which the Staff Room can be effectively publicised and marketed so that awareness amongst member institutions is maximised. This will involve liaison with the Marketing and Communications task and finish groups to share expertise.
- Usage: to investigate, recommend and implement methods to ensure that the Staff Room is a beneficial resource for M25 institutions so that membership and usage increases.
- Guidance: to draft FAQs and guidelines to assist new members in becoming familiar with the Staff Room.
- Operation and support: to investigate, recommend and implement ways in which the Staff Room can be managed on an ongoing basis.
