The Systems Team has considerable experience and expertise in resource discovery and particularly knowledge of:
- Z39.50 and its implementation on many popular library systems
- the Bath Profile
- union catalogues and related issues
- user interface design
The Team's expertise in Z39.50 has led to involvement in a number of different projects and also to carrying out consultancy for non-HE organisations.
