The M25 Consortium is involved in a range of other activities including:

• A flourishing staff development and training group, CPD25 http://www.cpd25.ac.uk/
• A positive move towards promoting a student centred focus which builds on activities already in place to support staff and researchers.
• A scheme for mutual support in the event of a disaster occurring in a member library and advice on disaster preparedness. The scheme promotes the exchange of information and good practice, notably the award-winning web site. http://www.m25lib.ac.uk/M25dcp/
• Ongoing work to review current practice and potential collaboration activities in member libraries in support of users with disabilities or special needs and to identify good practice at regional and national level. http://www.m25lib.ac.uk/m25sec/business/disabilitywg/needshome.html
