Student Survey 2009
We have recently completed a library student survey looking at both general service satisfaction levels and electronic resource use and end user management. For the first time we went fully electronic, producing an online questionnaire using Survey Monkey. We've received over 2000 replies, a response rater of just over 15%, which is a great result with so many evaluations conducted across the College and the sector. Results and an initial response will be published on our website in the New Year.
