Greetings from the new M25 Support Team

Over the summer, there have been significant changes to the way support is provided for M25 Consortium business, training and online services. As planned, from August 2008 the Consortium has become a single financial entity, instead of the, often confusing, financially separate sections for general administration, cpd25 and the Systems Team. For a number of years, the LSE has hosted the Systems Team and general administrator posts as well as the M25 server hardware and cpd25 have occupied office space at Westminster. The opportunity has also been taken to bring all M25 staff together into one location to form the M25 Support Team. It is appropriate to acknowledge and thank Suzanne Enright and the University of Westminster for hosting the cpd25 'office' for the past 6 years and also to thank Jean Sykes (LSE Library) for agreeing to host additional M25 staff members.

The M25 Support Team now consists of:

  • M25 Administration and Project Manager
    - John Gilby     This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it     0207 955 6451

  • M25 Administrator
    - Genein Cox-De Sousa     This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it     0207 955 6454

  • CPD25 Administrator
    -  Vicky Falconer on a temporary basis    This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it     0207 955 6454

  • M25 Web Services Project Officer
    - a new post currently being recruited to work on website developments such as the Directors' Room, and also to support the M25 online services.

Having the team in one physical location and overlapping responsibilities will give the Consortium higher resilience and avoids earlier risks of individuals having sole responsibility and knowledge of specified areas of M25 business.

Postal contact details are:
