M25 Consortium Members are invited to attend a Directors’ Briefing on the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This event will address the issues raised by the new regulation and highlight practicalities of making your library/institution ready for the new legislation before May 2018.

2.25: Jon Elliott, Head of Public Affairs, Archives and Records Association (UK & Ireland)

2.45: John Kelly, Subject Specialist (technology and the law) at Jisc

3.05: Coffee break

3.25: John Gilchrist, Information Governance Officer at Middlesex University

3.45: Q&A panel with all speakers

4.15: Close

Cost: £65. Open to staff from M25 Members only.
