Those with managerial responsibilities or staff members who perceive a future involvement in benchmarking projects should appreciate the mix of theoretical overview and practical experience offered by this session.

2.30 Claire Creaser from LISU will speak about collecting and using statistics for benchmarking purposes
+ Q & A on her talk

3.10 Dave Parkes (Staffs Uni) will talk about their benchmarking activities relating to their help and enquiry desks + Q & A on his talk

3.40 Tea/coffee break

4.00 Helen Edwards from the London Business School will give an overview of: Their own performance indicators and service usage stats; LibQual; ServiceProbe + Q & A on her talk

4.40 10-15 minute round up of the afternoon and chance to thank speakers and attendees for participating and last chance for questions

Cost is £30 for cpd25 members and £45 for other institutions, including refreshments.

Please note there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ the full fee will be charged.
