As a result of gaining University title and formal approval from the Privy Council, Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College has changed its name to Buckinghamshire New University. The name change takes immediate effect. Please note this for your records and contacts lists.

In respect of the institution as a whole, this is a name change only. There are no changes to ownership, legal status or the constitution of their governing body.
